Card Service page.
Here you
can send a message to family
or friends during their stay
at St. Mary's. Follow the
instructions below to send
your card.

Type your name, your
e-mail address, and the
patient's name you would
like to send the card
to.

Type the message you
would like to send to
the patient.

Select the card you
would like to send to
the patient (you may
view a larger version by
clicking on the
picture).

Click the "Next" button.
"Health e notes" e-cards
service and photos are
copyrighted and may not be
used by another agency. St.
Mary's and RSVP reserve the
right to edit any card that
could be demeaning, or
negative in nature. Cards
may be submitted at any time
of the day. However, RSVP
usually checks for and
delivers cards each weekday
morning. RSVP will check for
cards only once per weekday.
Cards received on weekends,
holidays or in the afternoon
will be delivered the
following business day.
The cards will be printed in
color on high quality paper
and hand-delivered by one of
our trained volunteers
directly to the patient's
room. Recipients of Health
e-notes do not need a
computer.
Because of security, we ask
that items considered
confidential or personal
(i.e. diagnosis, treatment,
credit card numbers, or
Social Security numbers) not
be communicated through this
service. Your e-mail address
is not stored by St. Mary's
Healthcare Center, it is
used only to confirm receipt
of your message.
