Children's Special Health Care
This program serves children with long-term, chronic conditions by providing health care coordination, referrals, and financial assistance to qualifying families.
A team of professional pediatric nurses, social worker, and a dietician will assist families of children with chronic health care needs to access and utilize specialty health care, education, community resources, and prepare for transitioning into adulthood and independent living.
CSHS is a program of the State of South Dakota provided under contract by St. Mary's Staff. CSHS is located on the second floor of the south building. Our address is 800 E. Dakota.
